Im Rahmen der Buchung und Teilnahme an unseren Kursen und Events verarbeiten wir folgende personenbezogene Daten:
• Name
• E-Mail-Adresse
• ggf. Telefonnummer
• Zahlungsinformationen
• weitere freiwillige Angaben (z. B. Spielniveau)
Die Erhebung dieser Daten erfolgt zur ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung und Organisation unserer Angebote.
Die Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten erfolgt zu folgenden Zwecken:
• Abwicklung der Buchung
• Organisation und Durchführung von Kursen und Events
• Kommunikation mit Teilnehmern
• ggf. Versand von Informationen zu Veranstaltungen
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung) sowie ggf. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer reibungslosen Organisation der Veranstaltungen).
Zur Abwicklung der Buchung werden Daten an folgende Dienstleister weitergegeben:
• Ticket Tailor (Ticketing-Plattform)
• Zahlungsdienstleister (z. B. Stripe)
Eine darüber hinausgehende Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nicht.
Die Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie dies für die Durchführung der Veranstaltung sowie gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich ist.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltungen können Foto- und Videoaufnahmen erstellt werden.
Diese können für Marketingzwecke (z. B. Website, Social Media, Printmedien) verwendet werden.
Du hast jederzeit das Recht auf:
• Auskunft über deine gespeicherten Daten
• Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten
• Löschung deiner Daten
• Einschränkung der Verarbeitung
• Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung
• Datenübertragbarkeit
Sofern eine Einwilligung zur Datenverarbeitung erteilt wurde, kann diese jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen werden.

In the context of booking and participating in our courses and events, we process the following personal data:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (if applicable)
• Payment information
• Additional voluntary information (e.g. playing level)
This data is collected for the proper organization and execution of our services.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• Handling bookings
• Organizing and conducting courses and events
• Communication with participants
• Sending information about events (if applicable)
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the smooth organization of events).
For the purpose of processing bookings, data may be shared with the following service providers:
• Ticket Tailor (ticketing platform)
• Payment service providers (e.g. Stripe)
No further data will be shared with third parties.
Data will only be stored for as long as necessary to carry out the event and to comply with legal retention obligations.
During events, photo and video recordings may be created.
These may be used for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, print media).
You have the right at any time to:
• Access your stored data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Data portability
If consent for data processing has been given, it may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
